Single items are for when you want one thing. Pick any garment on its own, 8 pieces minimum embroidered or 12 printed, and the price per piece drops again as you add more.

Questions

How long does it take?

Your mockup arrives within one business day. Once you approve it, your kit is ready in 7 to 10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, or pick up free at our shop in Naples. Need it sooner? Email info@ftanaples.com before you order and ask about rush.

Should I buy a kit or single items?

A kit is cheaper per piece and gives every person a full set in one box. Single items are for one garment at a time, 8 minimum embroidered or 12 printed. If you want a mix of pieces for a crew, the kit costs less than buying those same pieces on their own.

What if I don't like the mockup?

Tell us what to change and we fix it until it's right, free. Change your mind before you approve and you get a full refund. If a piece arrives wrong against what you approved, we replace it at no charge.

Do I have to know sizes before I order?

No. Enter them on the kit page if you have them (it counts them for you), or tap “Send sizes after my mockup” and reply with sizes any time before you approve.

What if I don't have a good logo file?

Send the best one you have. A PNG, a JPG or even a photo of your truck works. If we need a cleaner version, we redraw it as part of your mockup. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are great if you have them.

Can I pick my own colors?

Yes. The grey in the photos is just an example. You pick a color for the tees, long sleeves, hooded tees, polos and caps right on the kit page, from real stock colors. Don't see yours? Put it in the notes box and we match it.

What about 2XL and up?

Sizes S to XL are included. 2XL and up are $3 more a piece, added to your cart automatically when you enter those sizes. Sending sizes after your mockup? We invoice those pieces when your sizes arrive.

Can I change the mix of pieces?

The kits are built in the runs our shop does most efficiently, which is how we keep the price down. Need a different mix, or pieces the kits don't include? Request a custom quote from From The Ashes and we'll price it.

Where is this made?

Every kit is printed and embroidered by From The Ashes, in our own production shops in Naples, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina.
