Refund policy

Every kit is custom-made with your logo, so here is exactly how refunds work.

Before you approve your proof: full refund, no questions. If you change your mind after checkout but before you approve the mockup, email info@ftanaples.com and we refund the whole order.

After you approve your proof: production starts and the order is final. Custom-decorated apparel cannot be returned or resold, so we cannot refund once printing or embroidery has begun.

The Looks-Right Guarantee: you approve a proof of your logo on every piece before we make one. If a piece arrives with a decoration defect, a wrong color, or a wrong size against what you approved, we fix or replace it at no charge. Email a photo to info@ftanaples.com within 14 days of delivery.

Sizes: we confirm every size with you by email before production. Size changes after production are treated as a new order.
